Summary: We used this property as our base camp to visit the Washington DC and the surrounding area. It turned out great! The metro train station was a very short walk from the house. The neighborhood was clean, safe and quiet.

Summary: The house was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would add is dressers for the bedrooms that don’t have them and a space to hang up a coat and /or dress in the main floor bedroom. We enjoyed being there and being able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants.

Summary: We were pleased with our stay. The house is nicely laid out -- efficient and compact. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were nice touches throughout such as upscale towels. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Kensington. We wanted to flag 2 items. First, we could hear the downstairs neighbors speaking loudly starting around 6:30 am. Not a big problem, but a little annoying. Second, the stsirs to the upper level are narrow and a bit uneven.We
